Join Shawn and Lucinda for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing.

An invitation to soften, surrender, and reconnect with who we are beneath the stories, expectations, and protective layers we’ve gathered along the way.

Conscious Connected Breathwork with Lucinda

Through a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern, music, and gentle guidance, Lucinda invites you to journey inward, move beyond the thinking mind, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

As we breathe, we bring awareness to the patterns, emotions, and protective layers we may have been carrying, sometimes without realizing it.

Rather than trying to fix or change ourselves, we meet what arises with curiosity, compassion, and an openness to letting go of what no longer serves us.

This immersive journey offers an opportunity for emotional exploration, embodied awareness, and a deeper connection to ourselves.

Ceremonial Reiki & Sound Journey with Shawn

Who are you beyond the mind, beyond the ego, beyond the wounds and conditioning that life taught you who to be?

Shawn invites you to tune into yourself as a powerful, eternal expression of creation. A soul that came into this life carrying so much wisdom, experience, and powerful gifts to share.

Beneath the roles we learned to play and the versions of ourselves we became out of necessity, something deeper is calling us, waiting to be remembered. Something ancient, something sacred.

Shawn will guide an immersive sound journey through his collection of sacred instruments, including crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, a drone flute, chimes & more, creating a multidimensional playground for the soul.

Supported by 4 to 6 Reiki practitioners offering individual Reiki throughout the sound journey, the divinely guided intelligence of Reiki will go wherever you need healing the most.

Together, sound and Reiki create a multidimensional field of healing & soul remembrance.

Shawn and Lucinda have worked together before, creating powerful experiences for all in attendance.

Conscious Connected Breathwork can be a powerful experience and may not be suitable for everyone.

If you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, certain respiratory conditions, or significant mental health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider and connect with Lucinda before participating.

Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to honour your body throughout the journey.

You can slow down, return to your natural breathing rhythm, take a break, or simply rest at any time.
